Best PEST Remover? Cockroaches?

My wife and I moved into an apt which seemed to be bug free. Since we have moved in there cockroaches that we see. It drives me bananas..We are clean people..Do not leave food or mess around.. Yet they seem to be an everyday nuisance. We tried exterminator, bug spray.. and was looking into the Riddex Electronic Pest Remover,, but I see alot of review that say its a ripoff. Is there any other pest removers(cockroaches) that are available..Im tired of the bug spray smell and they just come back.. I know its mainly due to other apts that may not be clean, and the fact that we moved into an old building....

the best bet is an exterminating company such as Terminix.It cost $75 for 3 months, and they will come out as many times as you ned them too in those 3 months. Many store bought Items are just a temp. fix.

Professionally I use a gel bait that also makes Combat brand bait that you buy at grocery and hardware stores. By using this solely I have gotten rid of extreme infestations not only in situations as what you have but in commercial businesses that had roaches so bad they had no business being open for business.  The gels are odorless...can be placed where roaches are at and you don't have to worry about roaches needing to crawl through an area that had been treated with liquids or dust to work.  The roaches also have the toxin in their f***s, which baby roaches feed on when the adults return back to their hiding places. It will take a couple of weeks and avoid using bug sprays near the baited areas...you want the roaches to feed undisturbed
