Best PS3 video Game?

I have 70 dollars to spend on a game and i wanted to know which game is worth spending that much right now.

I have Madden 09, GTV 4, COD4,COD3, ASSASINS CREED, ORANGE BOX, ROCK BAND, MLB 08 THE SHOW

What other games are good, or should i wait till other ones come out

fall of man is good but i would waight like 2 weeks and get mercenaries 2 world in flames. that game looks awsome
