Best Pizza in Honolulu?

What's the best pizza joint in and around Honolulu?

Personally, I like Boston's and Papa Johns but I know that there are some other really good ones out there.

There's a good place by Tripler Medical Center that's supposed to be really good too.

Pizza Hut.  Honolulu doesn't have a special pizza place.  Just the regulars Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc.  There is this place called Big Kahunas, they give big pizzas but necessarily better tasting.

i don't know but Hawaiien pizza should be quite in the area.

For the price, I like Costco's pizza very much.  They have a Take and Bake that has fresh tomatoes, spinach and big chunks of mozzarella that is so ono.  For variety, and when I am not worried about cost, I Like Boston's North End Pizza.  They have both red sauce and white sauce pizza, and I really like the white sauce.

Now that is a tough question!   Antonio's Pizza on Waialae had the "Best pizza" vote for awhile but that was almost 2 years ago. Depends on what you consider "best pizza."  Antonio's has NY style and my experience is that kama'ainas tend to like the Pizza Hut Pan Pizza style..which you won't find anywhere but of course Pizza Hut.

If you're looking for "specialty type" pizzas- I'd say you'll have to settle for the chain California Pizza Kitchen.   There is such GREAT food in Honolulu though, I would save the pizza cravings for the next time you're in NY or Boston.
