What's the Best Cpanel for a HTML site you've made in Notepad? A bit brief but i need a good place. DON'T SAY FREEWEBS. I despise the Newbiness of freewebs and it's abysmal

My recommendation is Phynom Technologies. They are the most reliable, fastest, consistent and among the best imho. I would stay away from places like HostMonster, HostGator and Dreamhost. They all oversell, which essentially is lying. Good Luck :D Here is a link to Phynom: http://www.phynom.com

i used siteground and i really do recommand it.  i tried godaddy also, but siteground is cheap and very helpful. i'll give you the site.
