Best Place to Vacation for College Girls?

My friends and I are wanting to go somewhere out of the country this summer for vacation. We want to stay at a safe all-inclusive resort where we won't need to worry about having a car or not. We range in ages 18-21 and want somewhere where all of us can legally drink. We'd prefer somewhere with a good nightlife and people close to our age. We're thinking either Mexico or the Caribbean. Any suggestions?

go to Italy Rome the best place you could go see the colicum you won't need a car you can walk or rent a scooter the people on scooters are so crazy weaving in and put of traffic and drinking they don't check for I'd and the plain ride over is no age on drinking becuase your flying
