I want to buy the best plasma i can for £2000

What is the best 42 or 50 inc for this price ?

  2. Best thing to do is go and have a look at  a few.

    I got a 42 inch for well under £1000, and it's as good as some of the top name brands. but just remember how big your room is that its going in as it may over power it.

  3. As Joanne F. said there are plenty of extremely good Plasma tvs for well under £1000, such as the Panasonic TH42PZ80  Full HDTV. However, since you are looking for tvs for around £2000, then you seem to be one of the rare people who should seriously consider buying the best flatscreen tv there is out there at the moment which is the Pioneer Kuro PDPLX5080D 50 INCH Full HDTV. Yes it is a few hundred more at around £2600, but it sounds like you are so close to being able to afford a really great tv, why not consider it. I wish I could.

    However, an important point to remember, only get either of these tvs if you have HD content to watch. If not then don't get either and go for preferablly a smaller tv with a smaller resolution. This site explains it all in more detail when buying a flat screen tv:
