I don't want to hear any sh*t about Brady or Romo. Brady is overrated and Romo is garbage.

  1. Tom Brady sucks and Romo is not garbage he is better than Tom Brady.

  2. First off, Dan Marino or Joe Montana.

And second, Brady is overrated? He just broke an NFL record for TD passes in a season last year.

  3. the best ever is captain america roger the dodger staubach he had to cut his career short because of his military commitments but gave those ******* steelers a run for their money on more than a one occasion as well as winning 2 superbowl's himself 2 more than i can say for marino and as far as romo being garbage just watch on sunday when he dominates his opponents and sets a few more records

  4. i wanna say its dan marino. he was and still is a stand up guy that no one could hate. he didnt talk trash or pretend like he was god. he had set the bar for every qb to follow him. he set every stat important to qb's and had those records for years. people might say that he's not because he never won a ring, but they fail to realize that a super bowl ring is a team achievement. people might say bradys the best. sure tom brady has 3 rings, but his team won them. not him. he is overrated and until last year, had average numbers throughout his career. a simple offense system of short slant patterns, a killer o-line and a great defense scheme make him look good. but he will never produce the same numbers marino did or manning will in the future.

  5. This is a tough question to answer, so I have to split it up. For purely dropping back, getting rid of the ball quickly and accurately it had to be Marino. Lighting-quick release, fastball always on the money. For winning games and being cool in the clutch, I would say Elway or Montana any day. Both had some incredible drives. For all around talent, with ability to throw accurately, quick release, whilst having the ability to run it was no doubt Steve Young. Guy really had it all statistically. He's all over the record books and really got his start at a pretty old age (in terms of football). Then there's the older generation of winners, Unitas, Graham and Starr. Some people swear by Norm Van Brocklin (554 yards in a game, a record which will never be broken).

If I'm starting a franchise tomorrow and can have any QB ever to be my guy, I'd go with Elway. He combines a lot of things that are preferable to winning games. He's not my favorite, that would be Young, but Elway had a lot of skill and was a proven clutch guy. Definitely a winner who had all the skill you could want, plus the intangibles.

  6. i think the best qb ever is probably joe montana or dan marino

  7. MONTANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  8. Please tell me how brady is overrated?

already 3 superbowls...going to end up with 4-5 when he's all done...

come on IDOT...I hate the Pats, but Brady is better then Favre...Give me one reason why Brett is better.

" sure tom brady has 3 rings, but his team won them. not him."

the qb is the most important position in football dude and he is a 2 time superbowl mvp so yeah...you lose that argument

  9. Doug Williams because he gets no respect or love and I will show him some.

  10. gotta be brett favre 3 time mvp and like 250 staight games he aint no puss y

  11. anyone who even thinks about bring up Romo or brady needs to be put in the hospital for stupidity.

But to answer your question, I don't think there is really an answer to this. Every qb that will or have gone down as one of the greats each has brought something different to the game. Montana for his rings, Mario for his records ( records no more but still a great) starr for his legacy with lombardi. The list goes on. I think it depends on the circumstances. As of now, I can't say who is the greatest because we've seen so much talents and legacies. How can you rank someone's legacy? it's tough.

  12. Montana or  Marino

  13. Peyton Manning, and Tom Brady is actually pretty d**n good. Brett Favre is overrated and washed up old geezer who should of just stayed retired, making a fuss about coming back like is just plain annoying, hope the jets lose every game for letting brett f**t play with them.

Hey TP, maybe it wasn't funny for you because you must love kissing Brett f**t a$$, don't you.

  14. I'm going to go out on a limb and say Peyton Manning simply because I find him to be talented.  Another good QB is former Chargers QB turned Saints QB Drew Brees.

  15. Brett Favre because i believe that is the answer your looking for amid all the trade talk and news...so yeah im gonna go with number 4

EDIT: and thumbs down to you, michael h, for using the word f**t in a sentence and managing to not make it funny....
