  1. Lol...

This question was very much needed.  Don't listen to anybody...because Brady had already been the undisputed (OK, Peyton, we'll give you your props) top QB in the league.  I guess adding Brett Favre to the division really weakens him?  Eh?

Oh and strong AFC East?  I think you mean strong Patriot squad.

    Patriots - 14-2

    Jets - 9-7

    Bills - 5-11

    Dolphins - 3-13

    Not that strong, buddy.

Don't forget, in GB, Favre ACTUALLY had a solid RB crew, WR, and defense.

Don't worry.  The Patriots will still defeat the Jets in both season-meetings.  But I suppose this aqusition of a QB who hasn't worked out in 6 months will get the Jets from an 8-8 team to a 9-7 team who will miss the playoffs by 2 full games for the last WC spot.

EDIT: Believe it or not, Favre has never been the BEST QB at any point in his career.  Most consistent and durable?  Sure, he is arguably the most consistent and durable QB of our generation.  But just think about the QB's he's played with.  Montana, Aikman, Young, Marino, Brady, Manning, Elway...single-season statistically, they have frankly...well, been better.  Favre has just kept up being #2 for 20 years in a row.

  2. Thie has to be one of the dumbest questions I have seen today.......Dont forget that Favre has the career record for most interceptions......Brady will still dominate NFL, and so will the Pats.

Yeah Baby: Stfu, How the h**l is Brady average? He has a super wideout, while Manning ha two.....even Colts fans know that Dieon Branch was overrated. So it wasnt fair until he got Stallworth (who is kinda S****y) and Moss. When it was fair Brady broke the record.....now eat it!

  3. being a colts fan i HATE tom brady, but hes still the best in the east.

  4. I hate to say it because I don't like Brady, but I don't think there's a better quarterback in any division at this time.  Between Favre & Brady, Brady has youth on his side and the ego that goes along with youth.

  5. It's 1 and 1A with Brady being 1.

  6. That's debatable. I still pick Brady over Favre. I guess we will have to see whats in store this season. I look forward to it.

  7. Brett wasn't the best before he became a Jet! Tom Brady and the Pats have a little moto going for them this year, more so than last.Look out both NY teams

  8. at this point is brady. moss and brady together will beat up favre and whoever the jets are putting up there.

  9. brett favre is still great, but the not the best. in the afc east it will take him a little to get used to the team. so right now hes the 2 best in the afc east   but tom brady cant touch him now and will never be able to touch him at the end of his career. take away team superbowls and brady is looking up to favre hoping he could be half the legend farve already is.

  10. you have that right, brady is just average again, brett and p.manning is the best playing today, brady will always be known as a ****************asterick no matter what he does

deezenutts grow up, now eat it

  11. A QB is only as good as his team and the Jets are pretty friggin mediocre so Brady is the best in that division..

  12. No way. Tom Brady is the very best quarterback in the universe let alone the AFC East. Favre is washed up. Tom Brady will pass for 7 touchdowns in the two games that the Pats and Jets will play this season.
