Best Real Estate Brokerage in Maryland?

I have been an agent for RE/MAX for 7 months now and I love the independance of the company, but I can never reach my broker when I need to know something. I don't have any experience with other brokerages...if someone else does and it fits my criteria could you let me know...my criteria

I want to focus on commercial and investments

I want a decent commission split (I'm currently getting 70/30)

I want someone that will contact me back when I have a question about a current contract (or something I haven't faced yet)

I want to work with a group of people that want to succeed...not slowly go into poverty

I currently do everything (marketing, ads, etc..) on my own and I want this to continue (I enjoy doing it)

I thank you in advance for any info...

  1. If there is a Jobin Realty near you, then you could try them.  You'd get an 80/20 split (or 100% commissions for a set fee).  They are franchised so some are really good, but others less so.  Also things are very quiet at the one I'm at, but they get back to you fine and handle everything real well.
