Best Reason to wrote in my guarantee letter to get japan visa again?

Some people answer my question.... taking care of my nephew is a wrong reason because they feel to work in japan... so give me another best reason... last 2006 i get visa but my second, third, always denied my sister need my help thats why i tried my best.. can u gve me a more idea how to wrote a good reason to enter in japan...

You could give the same reason but also show your ties back home like you have a good job you can't let go for too long or some immovable asset like a house that is in your name. That would show you have no intention of leaving your home country.
