Best Restaraunt in the North End?

Question

I'm looking for a nice italian joint in the north end with food and wine to die for..I'm really on no budget, I'm planning a special night out with a few friends. Regina's isn't really the atmosphere I'm looking for, more so just really comfortable, if I'm wording that correctly. Just not too loud or nothing.

Then Mikes for dessert of course (:

Any suggestions?

Strega right on Hanover Street is awesome. Try G'Vanni's on Prince Street. Everytime I've gone the food has been great, and you can get an early bird dinner 2 entrees and a bottle of wine for $29.99.
