Best Screen Recorder?

I want a screen recorder that can also record audio from my computer. Sort of like what Fraps does.

I would recommend Camstudio, which is free of charge. I'm pretty sure it records audio, too. Then, there's hypercam, which costs something like $25. I usually have problems with hypercam's audio recorder, but that's only my experience. I would personally choose camstudio.
