Best Semi cheap HD TV?

I'm looking for the best quality HD TV for my price range and uses. I would be playing Blue ray DVD's on it and PS3 like once a week as well as watching television shows. my price range is like 250-800. I would like it to be at least 27".

When it comes to LCD HDTV's, remember that you get what you pay for.  You can see if LG, Sharp, or panasonic makes a cheap TV in your size range, but I really doubt it.
