Best Skateboard / Skate Shoes?

I am trying to learn skateboarding, and I need help finding the best board for flips & grinds and the best shoes for this stuff. If anyone could help, that would be great.

vans or chucks(converse) flexable but they will hold your board!

decks = Blind (if you want a light one)

= Darkstar (for more durability and if you want heavy ones)

= just check if it is 7 Resin (light), 8 Resin (recommended),

9 Resin (monster!)

bearings = Bones!

griptape = they say Black Magic or Jessup. it will not harm your

shoes and more, i don't know, sticking ability to your

shoes.

wheels = anything. 52mm. hard wheels.

= i prefer, Bones.

bushings = DohDoh.

hardware = i like Element. but anything will do.

trucks = Destructo or Venture!

risers = anything will do. depends on your taste.

shoes = i prefer.. Fallen! just check if the shoes your gonna buy do have stitches on their soles (if it is the right term?) and if the shoes has an ollie pad and for the "tongue" of the shoes, i prefer the thick ones to be use as "airbags" if you twist your ankles (OUCH!).

Well, my favorite is the Enjoi board, perfect for vert or street skating.

The shoes I usually get are DVS or converse.

I think they rockkk. (just my opinion)

DO NOT GO FOR VANS OR CONVERSES!

i have both, and although converses are my favorite shoe, they are terrible for skating.

I mean, inless you want to do pu$sy skating, and be a wimp.

Otherwise, your shoes will rip!

DCs are the best brand. I have had them for 4 tears! since I was 13!!!! and now I'm 17..... thats a long as$ time.......

anyway, do not listen to anyone who says that vans or converses are the best for skating

(they only say that because it gives a skater look, but that means they don't really skate)

check it out yourself, feel the fabric of the shoes.
