Best Small Bussiness In League City area???

Question

What would be a great sucessfull small business in League City Texas? I have many trades that I do very well. I am a great Dog Trainer, sheet rock, construcion, handyman and all kinds I have even thought of Investment properties. Can anyone help even if I don't know how to do the work I can learn very quickly. Please some one tell me what they think. What would be a great small Business know matter the start up cost. There are so many possibilities for really good small business ideas pretty much anywhere you live.  I know several people who have businesses and run them out of their home from telecommunications (which is another way to get paid on contracts monthly and a lot of construction companies are getting involved in as well as people employed by) The start up costs in starting your own business within this industry is very minimal, nothing like it costs to start up a dry wall business, or concrete or any other such thing, and the work is much easier and the income is more steady.  It's not a "seasonal" type of thing as construction is.  When it rains, you still make the money.  Unlike with construction.
