I love Sushi! I've lived in Dallas for a while and they have some really great sushi restaurants but I have yet to find a great sushi restaurant in San Antonio... Any suggestions?

  2. Sushi Zushi is the best in my opinion.  Although you are already a sushi lover, if there's certain types of sushi that you've never tried or just aren't sure if you would like them, the staff is awesome as far as explaining and giving you a little sample.  If you go to their web site you can view their menu.  They also deliver :)

    Good luck!

  3. For quality and authenticity definitely Koi Kawa. The service can be slow at times, but it is well worth it.

  4. There is one downtown on Navarro and Houston. Nikkis on hildebrand and blanco its a Japanese restaurant too.

  5. Goro's on Vance Jackson and 410 is really good, but the best part is they have a Sushi Happy Hour from 5:30-7:00. The staff is really friendly and if you go there more than a few times they really remember you.

They also have an option on the menu to leave it up to the Sushi Chef for what you want, and every time I have ordered that I am never disappointed.

  6. I have to agree with the Spurs Fan. I lived in SA for 8 months, and ate at Koi Kawa ATLEAST once a week. So, yeah. It's the best.

  7. Samuri Sushi on Babcock is great I hear good things about Godai Sushi. I thought Zushi Sushi sucked the one time I went to the 1604 and Blanco location. Been to Koi Kawa and am appathetic to it take it or leave it.

  8. you should try Sake Cafe off of blanco and huebner..  in the same parking lot of Kennedy's.. good luck!!

  9. koi kawa closed down a while ago... kona grill has great sushi and it is half price during happy hour... 3-7pm go get some

  10. Try FUJIYA in wurzbach, between Fredericksburg and I-10. I has all the Japanese environment, all real japanese people and the food is AWESOME! Is in fact my favorite restaurant in SA
