Best TV brand in 720p resoloution?

Question

My birthday is coming up in a few weeks and i am looking for a new TV. Im a gamer, i own a ps3 and am looking for a TV good for gaming. I want the 22-26 inches with 720P resoloution.My price range is about 400-450 dollars. I know that plasma televisions have a high rate of ghost imaging and burn in effects so im looking mainly for an LCD.

But i really want to know what is the best TV brand. I was looking at a Vizio earlier which had the best price, but is the quality good. I was thinking sony or Sharp would have the best TV's but i really do not know.

So what ARE the best TV's for what i want?

philips lcd is not too bad at all if u wanna go on average price.

go to costco or sams club for easy, no fee returns.
