I am south african so, obviously i would say south africa, but the auzzies arent too far behind, and the all blacks im sorry to say havnt won a world cup since the first one, so that says, it all, you cant, be the best, if you chock at the biggest tournment in the sport.

  1. South Africa are of course, thats why they have never won a test series in NZ, and haven't won in NZ for many, many years.

  2. i think thats a biased question and that you dont need the answer off of other people, its a matter of opinion. But, in terms of my opinion i would have to say the all blacks (sorry!) im irish and in last years autumn internationals we beat the boks and the wallabies plus the all blacks always instill fear and their backline is just lethal

  3. In terms of World Cup = the best team would be either S.A or AUS, both are more successful

In terms of "between" world cups = The All Blacks, the ABs have the best record in the tri-nations, against the British Lions etc..

The ABs are just inconsistent every 4 yrs.. but other than that...ABs domination!

  4. Over all time I would say the All Blacks, they're basically legends and any victory over them is special.

Though as of right now, the best team in the world is South Africa.

  5. AllBlacks rule are yous suck, you could say australia have got 3 world cups cause eddie jones coached that bok team to the 2007 cup not fake white.Just wait for tri-nations and as usual Sth Africa and Aussie will suck again just look at the statistics losers!!

  6. I think its a tie between south africa and the aussies

  7. the all blacks they have a winning recored against every team they have faced and have the most time spent as the number 1 ranked irb team

  8. Hmmm, you last comment about NZ SUCKS shows 2 things:

1/ you are unlikely to listen to anything that goes against your pre-conceptions

2/ you are really aware of what might be the true answer.

Your question contains the phrase "...of all time" so let's keep that in mind.

Out of all of rugby history there is only one side that:

a/ has a winning record against ALL other countries they have played against,

b/ has put 50 points on ALL other national opposition, but

c/ has NEVER had such a score registered against it,

d/ has consistently had a winning record of around 80% of games played.

I'll leave it to you to figure out who that is.

And I will admit they have not got the record they deserve in the World Cup - but you did say "...of all time", not "in the World Cup".

  9. New Zealand has the best team but just cant handle the pressure when it comes to the crunch.

Who else finds it hugely hilarious that australia has deans (a KIWI) for a coah, now is that an admission of greatness i dont know what is

  10. ha ha!

you must be kidding the team to beat in the world always has and always will be the All Blacks. There is something quite mythical about them. Ireland never beaten them but they beat us fairly regularly and the jocks either! Im English and a proud Englishman at that! The stats dont lie you have only won one more world cup than the kiwis and Tri Nations NZ 8 AUST 2 SA 2 is that right? your taliking about 2 games both vs France in world cup- And South Africa before you get to cocky son name one good team you beat in world cup last year? you played and beat us twice but we were awful- Argentina won you the world cup.... Kiwis loosen up on your boys they are trying you r worse than us on our footballers! see you saturday morning!!

  11. It can't be Australia, they have not really got a successful rugby history aside from the last 20 years.

Over the last 100 years clearly the Springboks and the All Blacks have been formidible in world rugby hence the great rivalry between the two teams.
