Best Tour for Chichen Itza?

I'm going to Cancun next week and really want to take a day tour to see the ruins at Chichen Itza. I was wondering which tour is the best one to take...

I highly recommend this Chichen Itza tour because you get to see the Cenote (underground well) and most tours do not have you see it. In fact, you should check out all the tours by Discovery, they're really an excellent company.

Why do you need a tour? You can easily go by yourself and save $30-$50. I don't understand why so many people feel the need to pay someone they don't know to lead them around in Mexico....Just go to the bus station in Cancun and buy a ticket for the next bus to Chichen Itza.

Once there, buy a ticket ($10) for admission to the site.

Go as early in the day as possible. Take sunscreen and a hat as there is precious little shade at the site and the Mexican sun can be brutal.Paramedics are stationed full time at the site,look for, and remember, the location of their ambulance as you enter the site.If you are interested in more safe do-it-yourself sightseeing while you are in that area you can email me.
