  1. Chemical engineer

Although, that's because I want to a chemical engineer.

What do you want to be?

    We can't decide for you!

  2. I will assume that when you say "best" you are referring to most lucrative.  If so, both the medical and legal industries are quite promising.  Many technical industries also fit (or in this case) pay the bill, such as chemistry, physics, engineering, etc.  However, just as the market has it's ups and downs, so do these and all industries.  Choosing a career path based on current job availability, salary, benefits, and the like is not much different that investing money in the market.  You may gain or you may lose.  There are no guarantees.  That said, the "best" career path for you is the one that interests you the most.  If you consider working in a particular industry for 40-60 years, the only way to perform your best and insure your happiness is to do what excites and motivates you, not necessarily what fetches the best wages.  While that comment may seem trite, I base it on personal experience.
