Best University for Art AND Psychology?

Question

What are the TOP Art Schools/Universities (preferably in California)?

I was told CCA (California College of the Arts) in San Diego is the Best... but is that even a University?

I was looking at UCLA... Is that a good Art University? I just don't know. >.<

Also thinking about double - majoring in Psychology / Art, so I need a well-rounded school, both great in Art AND Psychology!! AHH! Someone please help.

All round its a great school as well - one of the best in the US.
