Best Veterinary school in California???

I'm only 13 but I know for a FACT that I want to be a vet. What is the best vet school in California??

Vet school is extremely difficult to get into, so you have to start doing well in school now. It'll get you in the habit of succeeding when it matters most.

First up, get straight A's all through jr. high and high school. Also get involved in volunteer work, like at an animal shelter. Then apply to a good university. The UC system is an excellent bet because they're great schools for less money.

Do very well in college. Take the MCAT (it's the entrance exam for med school and vet school). Apply to vet school.

Then you do your 4 years of vet school, plus maybe a couple of years of additional training.

Also, remember that vet school isn't all cute puppies and fluffy kittens. You will also be working with large farm animals. You will spend a good chunk of your training with most of your arm shoved up a cow's b******e.
