Is it better to jump with two legs or one ?

Some people are better off 1, others are better off two. It has to do with varying muscle qualities between people. One leg jumping uses more elastic strength and calf power. It all depends on what type of shot you want to attempt.  A layup is best suited for one leg because you don't need to put a huge amount of force behind the shot.  

On the other hand, if you want to make a 3-pointer, you should use two legs to squeeze out optimum energy out of your shot.

it depends,

if you are close you can choose either.

however, if you are driving in like mad fast to make a lay up or cannot slow down, it should be one

when you are not so close, you would want to choose two legs

Im guessing this is a dunking question,  It all depends on your body structure.  Ive read that if you are kinda bulky you will jump off two and if your lanky you jump of 1.  But I have an athletic build so i jump of each almost the same.  I think i jump off two feet better but its hard to dunk of two feet unless you have big hands, dunking it with two hands, or are throwing yourself an alley-oop.  So when i try dunking with out an alley oop i usually jump off one foot so i have momentum and i dont lose the ball when going up.
