Best Way for doing B.E (Engineering) Correspondingly?

I have completed my Diploma in Mechanical Engg. Now i am working in Private Organisation. I wanted to do my Engg by doing job it self. I am in Bangalore reight now. So can any one show me the better way to do B.E

You can do it from Anna University. My employee is doing it as a correspondence couse

Dear friend, you are already in a technical job. so you know very well that technical jobs require practical experience also. and B.E being a technical course, you cant do it just with theory. so you will have to join a regular degree college offering B.E.
