Can anyone recommend a good website listing UK takeaway food? (I'm not looking for fine dining.)

There are lots of websites for London eats, but what about small towns in the UK? And, how about grocery stores?

I'm very cheap when I travel (and I go to a lot of SMALL towns.) I love cheap takeaway and grocery stores. Thanks.
