  1. Ok you really shouldn't use whitening toothpaste. Its very harsh on your teeth and not good. You should go to the dentist and have bleaching trays made.

  2. Please consult a dentist for all these:

    Toothpaste:

Crest Vivid White  ( expect 1/4th of a shade per tube if you dont consume any staining food/drink or tobacco )

    Over the counter whitening:

Crest Whitestrims  Supreme ( 2x  day for 1 week, highest concentrate that can be sold with out a denist works well expect  2-3 shades after a week if you dont consume any staining food/drink or tobacco)

    Dentist methods:

1 hour whitening(expect 2-5 shades and a lot of sensitivity)

Take home whitening with custom trays ( Whiten as much as you want, viable up to 10 shades -rare thou-  most go about 6 shades lighter, use while you sleep or during the day.

Take home whitening with custom trays from the dentist is the best method in most cases.

All whitening should be pared with  sensitivity toothpaste 1 week prior and one week after whitening  and avoid any staining food/drink or tobacco for best results.

  5. I would think as any toothpaste that has whitening label also ask your dentist about it the best kind in his opinion you really cant get an answer of the "best brand" because they all averagely work the same but dont forget to floss/and your mouthwash ^_^ or baking soda
