Worst-Grant it...I like the few times I go out to eat but the WORST experience I had was when I was with a group and the restaurant waitress forgot 2 orders, dropped 1 all over the floor, and then had to take back a burger that was too "rare" for anyone to eat. No refunds...nothing

BEST- when a "hot" waiter sang for our table to show off his talent, and then insisted that our table sing for him. (Kind of embarassing, but we tipped well)

  1. Best: A birthday party at Shakey's Pizza. I came as a guest with my cousin so I didn't know the people but they were real cool people. Good people, good food, okay wine.  I had a blast! That was a few months ago.

Worst: Last Sunday at On the Border. I ordered some shrip tacos and the pico de gallo was extremely hot. Burned me to tears. I can't stand that place because the food was terrible when I went there about four years ago and it still sucked when I went back a couple of days ago. Great customer service though. But they need to do something with their terrible food.

  2. I have a couple of worst restaraunt experiences.

On my friend and I's last trip to Buffalo Wild Wings (we go there every Thurs), we got our drinks but we had to wait 15 mins for our waiter to come back and finally take our orders.  My friend ordered 7 med and 7 garlic and I ordered 9 med.  When the waiter returns (about 30 mins later) he is still missing one order of medium and since he put the medium wings on my side of the table he and I were both to assume that they were my 9 but they were actually my friend's 7 and we didnt realize this mistake until after he is already back in the kitchen getting what he believed to be 7.  I just had him make sure that the 2 wings were not added to my check before I ate but it took a while for him to come back.

My worst fast food experience is when I went to KFC.  My friend and I were the only customers in the restaraunt and we were waiting at the counter to have someone take our order but we had to wait there for 45 mins because the manager and staff were too busy goofing off with some of the employees relatives (a bunch of kids) that were hanging out in the dining area.

  3. My worst experience at a restaurant was when I went to a Chinese buffet.  I was eating my General Tso's chicken and I felt something weird in my mouth.  Like any other time when I think there is something funny in my mouth, I just swallow it and forget about it.  Before I could swallow, whatever was in my mouth poked my tongue.  Well...that was the end of the previous thought.  I spit the food out (not very discretely) and almost puked when I saw part of a chicken foot in my napkin.  As an owner of four parakeets and having to clip their toenails, I know a bird toenail when I see one!  Because of this nice dining experience, I haven't gone to a Chinese restaurant since...which has been four months.

  4. wow, best, was at outback, the person waited on us hand a foot and really took great care of us, we had our food and drinks super quick...

WORST, We went to a local chinese food place, we always went to, we tip very well, we where the only ones in there and we where seated immedietly, then a party of 8 walks in, the waiter guy takes care of them first, they had thier drinks and food before we even had our drink order taken... we where so pissed at his super slow serivce i think he got mad because the big party didnt tip him, and because he didnt serve us in the end we left without tipping him more than 10 Cents... we waited 45 minutes for drinks and didnt get a chance to order food, so he ran out yelling at us, yadda yadda, well too bad he had focused on the non tippers, when we where well known to tip, and he shouldnt have taken advantage of that. I went back in and explained to his face why we didnt tip him, and how he had no right to call us the names he did, and the owner walks ina fires him on the spot... This is an older server who had been there for years, but there is no excuse to ***** out a customer for your wrong doing...

Thankfully that was the worst we ever dealt with...
