  1. do they have out back there? If so out back special yummmmy

  2. There are a number of placesin and around Chinatown(Little Bourke St) such as the Shark Fin Inn and Shark Fin House that I would recommend; King Bo on Russell St) and the Dragon Boat(Lonsdale St). The Red Emperor at Southgate(although somewhat exepnsive). Plume in the Highpoint Shopping Complex opposite the car park(they also have a restaurant in Doncaster) but my all time favorite is the Oriental Tea House on Chapel St Sth Yarra which offers something a little different and a fantastic atmosphere, not to mention a variety of different chinese teas.

  3. Well firstly, Melbourne isn't the capital of Australia, Sydney is.

But anyway, Golden Dragon Palace, Lower Templestowe has great yum cha. If you are not chinese you will get seated in the not so good seats, but the food is the same.

New Panda in Doncaster is another good place. Again, if you are noy chinese, you will get charged for tea. This place isn't so clean but the food is yummy and the prices are cheaper.

    Hope this helps♥♥

  4. One... Melbourne is not the capital of Australia.  Canberra is.

As for the best Yum Cha... it's a matter of personal opinion.  Lucky Chan's (at the Crown complex) is always heavily patronised.  As is the Dragon Boat, on the other side of the Yarra.  And (of course) there are many restaurants that serve a brilliant Yum Cha in Chinatown (aka Little Bourke Street).  For mine though, I think Dragon Boat is the best.  Whether it's their Little Bourke Street restaurant, or the one at Southbank.  And judging by the number of Asians I see frequenting their restaurants, they must be good.
