Best all inclusive resort (cancun) for young couple????

Question

me and my boyfriend are both 20 and want to go to cancun,,,we want a hotel which is going to be quite lively but mainly for couples,,,we dont want big groups of young people,,as we go to places like that on our own! i was thinkin one of the rui hotels,,any suggestions???? X

Check out the Palace Resorts chain - we have been to Cancun twice and stayed at Moon Palace both times.  Our trips have been wonderful!  I will admit that Moon Palace is not the liveliest of places as it is south of the Hotel Zone in Cancun, but there are two other Palace Resorts in the Hotel Zone that will get you closer to the action.

We have never really dealt with kids - but are usually there during off peak season.

The Palace Resorts have some very nice couples only resorts. Sun Palace is couples only (over 18) has been completely redone after hurricane Wilma. What's nice about the Palace resorts is you can stay at one and take the resort shuttle to all the other ones. Moon Palace has the best pool and not to be missed. Check out the link I have provided.

While the Sun Palace is couples only, it is very sleepy and quiet. I would highly recommend the Riu Cancun for you. Very lively young crowd and their location is within walking (or stumbling) distance from all the best nightclubs. I will be in Cancun in 5 weeks from today and will be staying at the Riu Palace Las Americas which is right next door to the Riu Cancun. The Riu Caribe is nice also but way out of the way of the nightlife.
