Best all inclusive resort in Mexico needs to be right on the beach, swim up bar?

Want to go to Cozumel to snorkel. None of the resorts on Cozumel fit all my needs. So I am looking now at Playa Del Carma. Need to be right on the beach, close to the pool, all inclusive and a swim up bar a plus. Have really researched and would love feedback of those with information.

Occidental Grand Cozumel...Has everything you mentioned,however you might have to walk about 3 feet to get your drink.

Check out Moon Palace. They have a fantastic swim up bar. Food is good. Close to ferry to Cozumel. It's south of Cancun, close to Playa del Carmen.
