Best amp for my money for 12" rockford p1 subs?

I just bought 2 12" Rockford P1 amps with a 200.2 rockford amp. The amp isnt putting out nearly enough power. I dont know very much about subs/amps, but Im pretty sure I need something bigger. Im going to try to sell my amp, and pick up somethin bigger. What would you guys reccommend for around $150? I know its not a whole lot, but they are pretty cheap on ebay, and I was wondering what would give me the most bang for my buck?

  1. when it comes to matching amps and subs you NEED to match the RMS wattage rating for both

the impedance (ohms) is important also and the impdedance changes with the number of subs and how they are wired, you cant simply just add a larger amp without checking out everything

do you have the 4 or 8ohm version? because that will make a huge differece, and that would determine the amp needed

if you have the 4ohm version depending on the wiring you can get impedances or 2 or 8ohms at the amp and if you have the 8ohm version you will get 4ohms at the amp--- the lower the final impedance at the amp the lower the sound quality but the asier/cheaper it is to power
