If you want just basic cosmetics that are good quality but the cheapest price, I would go with Maybelline Great Lash mascara, Mary Kate & Ashley liquid eyeliner or pencil eyeliner and wet & wild lipstick. They are super inexpensive but have staying power and don't dry out on you like other drug store cosmetics.
