Matt wins the ECW title, CM Punk retains by default when nobody else gets a pinfall throughout the 20 minutes (as they're booking him as a fluke champion, not as a legitimate title holder), and Triple H retains by the skin of his teeth after Jeff Hardy almost steals the win and gets the crowd pumped up for the possibility that he'd become champion. Then, they build up that he was "*THIS*" close for a while, until he eventually takes it from HHH maybe at Survivor Series or at WrestleMania via winning the Royal Rumble.

Best should be the WWE scramble unless HHH just buries everyone...worst should be ECW's as its merely a vehicle for Hardy to win the title and nothing more.

Smackdown-has some fresh opponents and triple h's opponent are all new and high flying and talented.It makes us suprise on who will win and since its scramble match we can get to see who gets their first wwe champion.
