  1. Active Ankle T2. I use them myself, and never got injured after switching to them.

I don't like cross trainer, too bulky. The above link shows you both and in two different colors (black and white).

  2. ehh. thee doctor told me to use active ankles after i had a serious ankle injury. i havent had any bad ones in the 2 years ive been using them. I probally should let you know that, the active ankles only support your ankles. I landed a jump wrong and i sprained the part of your foot before the ankle, like the toe area. they work.

  3. this website tells you how to heal sprains. and make your ankle stronger so you dont sprain it again.

actually, ankle braces don't really prevent the first sprain(some actually say that they make your ankles weaker.) but they should help sprains from reoccuring.

  4. active ankles

  5. i have mcdavid ones and they worked well for me but i got some just to keep me safe if you want good braces go with either active ankle who sponsors the Olympic team and they are very sturdy.

    hope it works out.

  6. Active Ankle or Bauerfeind MalleoLoc you can find these at spikevolleyball.com

  7. breg ultra ankles i swear on it they are the best i have to wear them and i have had like 15 different types throughout my life and these are THE BEST go to http://www.breg.com/products/bracing/sof...

or just www.breg.com and find the section that has ankle braces

  8. Active Ancle T2 works the best, it prevents your ancle from twisting wierd. it looks kind of uncomfertable, but works amazingly! you ca nstill move easily and they are very light! the only down side is that they  are $40 for one!

  9. i've had problems in the past with active ankles, the plastic on the ones i got wasn't very sturdy and snapped after two weeks. since then, i have switched to cloth braces. i use ASO braces primarily, but i also have a Sweedo. these braces have similar makes, and are very sturdy. i've had my ASO for almost 3 years, and only once did i have a problem. when i first got them, they were confusing to put on, so i had it on wrong and rolled my ankle, not bad, i was out for the practice, though. if you get ASOs make sure you read the directions, and if you have any questions about them, email me. happy hunting

  10. active ankle or mizzuno(:

    good luck feel better

    i recomend active ankle though
