• It is said that Jesus died for the sins of “mankindâ€Â. He paid for my sins and the sins of people before him. Does that mean if I was to commit murder today and tomorrow I am shot for it, I will go to heaven because the price for my sins has all ready been paid? Even if I did or did not believe in him? If I did believe in him, but still committed a sin tomorrow I will go to heaven regardless? You may say if you truly believe in Jesus, you will not kill someone today or commit sin. If you believe in him, you will follow his teachings and not commit sins. Is that statement not saying, Christians who believe in Jesus are perfect human beings who never commit sins?
