1. the quadratic formula is

x=[-b+√(b^2-4ac)]/2a or x=[-b-√(b^2-4ac)]/2a

Where a,b, and c are from the equation of form ax^2+bx+c=0, called a quadratic equation.

2. Too many but here are the basic Trig Identities:

tan x = sin x/ cos x

cot x = cos x/ sin x = 1/ tan x

cos^2(x)+sin^2(x)=1

csc x = 1/ sin x

sec x = 1/ cos x

1+tan^2(x) = sec^2(x)

1+cot^2(x)= csc^2(x)

etc

3.)   pythagorean theorem: a^2+b^2= c^2 for right triangles only.
