  1. Avast anti-virus better definitions, anti-spyware and anti-rootkit built in, faster and more reliable:

  2. Avast www.avast.com I like it

  3. You can download Norton Keygen at this site http://www.torrentz.com.  The best anti-virus software in the market are the following: Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 and BitDefender total Security 2009.  you can download them at the above link.

  4. I use AVG Anti-Virus

    http://www.grisoft.com/

    CCleaner

    http://www.ccleaner.com/

    and also SmitFraudFix

Just search it in Yahoo! its easy to find.

These 3 are the best for me. They remove Spywares,Viruses,Trojans and much much more.

  5. This might be the best set of security softwares that will heep your computer clean and safe and will give you high detection rates unlike the other paid suites. Just click the link to download it:

    1. Avira Antivir Free Antivirus

    http://dw.com.com/redir?edId=3&siteId=4&...

    2. Spybot - Search and Destroy

    http://dw.com.com/redir?edId=3&siteId=4&...

    3. Rogue Remover Free

    http://dw.com.com/redir?edId=3&siteId=4&...

    4. Zone Alarm Firewall

    http://dw.com.com/redir?edId=3&siteId=4&...

What's good to this freewares are they are working like paid suites, but they are separate programs unlike a single paid suite.

Then if you want paid suites working nicely with higher detection rates:

Then you better use ESET Smart Security

    http://www.eset.com/smartsecurity/

  6. go for avg 8 is gd

  7. I use AntiVir..its free updates automatically and works fine!

  8. Avast is great!  Low profile, updates itself, and always free.

My wife has MacAfee on her Vista PC which she likes

  9. Buy an Apple, Mac. Then, you do not have to worry about virus.

  10. Try zone Alarm the best on i ever had...... it cover everything from a stonger firewall to spyware, and also what to allow your computer to run such as any software.......it even has a game mode....

  11.   avast free   with free spybot search and destroy and spyware blaster free

  12. go to best buy. ask for eTrust EZ antivirus. its cheap reliable and actually does protect you unlike norton, mcafee, and the windows ones. or any free one for that matter. don't listen to the mac guy. they're OK at best and all if your still in grade school i guess theyd be cool or if you happen to need music and video apps real bad other than that not worth the mac...EZ antivirus. at least check it out. they have a web site too

  13. Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 8.0

    Bitdefender

    NOD32

    Trend Micro Internet Security pro

    Spyware Doctor Internet Security

    The Shield Deluxe

    Avira paid version

    Avast paid version

    Ashampoo Anti Spyware antivirus.

    F-Secure Internet Security

    G-Data

  14. The best one is Nod32, but it's not free.

The best free one (arguably) is AVG - if you've not tried it since version 6/7, give version 8 a go.

Nothing wrong with AntiVir/Avast, but I reckon AVG wins on points....

EDIT: as for *why* I think it's best - automatic updates, automatic scans. If you don't want to bother scanning your machine yourself, AVG will schedule it all for you. Neither Avast nor Avira Antivir (free) offer this. Furthermore, v8 comes with anti-spyware.

And, for the record - never use pirated antivirus software. In order to remove the protection, the code has been fiddled with - and you never know what else they did whilst they were in there. It would be relatively trivial to instruct it to operate as normal, but to ignore one or two hand-picked viruses, which you could then distribute...

EDIT: bloke below - E-trust sucks the big one. It's awful. It's deployed throughout the County systems I work on, and I've experienced its inadequacies first hand, on a daily basis.

If it was a car, it'd be a Reliant Robin.

  15. Use AVG or Quick Heal anti virus software. Both are good, but the best is AVG.
