I'm seriously torn between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, but in the end I'd have to give to the Dark Knight.

You didn't mention Batman Forever with Schwartzenegger as Mr. Freeze and Uma Thurman as poison ivy. Alicia Silverstone turned up as Batgirl.
