Best beach in LA country for skimboarding?

i was wondering if anyone knew the best beach for skimboarding in the Los Angeles area. Like outta newport, long beach, huntington and the other near it, which is best? thanks

Wide and flat, few rocks, low waves.

Long Beach would be nice.  Will Rogers is/was good.

Get a tide chart, then you know the best times to skim (low tide) every day.
