Best beaches of Italy?

and where are they located? I know there are some on Amalfi Coast but are they way better on Elba Island(we are trying to fit both areas into our 13 day trip starting in Rome and ending in Milan

in sicily or sardinia the beaches are very beatuful, but i love OTRANTO, in apulia!!

in the south: villasimius, spiaggia rosa.
