Question:

Best book to brush up on Spanish if I already took three classes?

I took up to Spanish 3 and this year I decided to drop out of 4... I really want to retake that class because I know it is recommended that students should take at least 3 years of language, for top universities. Yeah, so, what would be a good book that covers a lot of the basics but still goes beyond that, since I am not really a beginner.

  1. Hola, yo podría recomendarte un libro de verbos llamado "SPANISH VERB TENSES" by Dorothy Richmond, y tambien de ella misma "PRONOUNS AND PREPOSITIONS".  They are exellent books.

    Elizabeth

    SPANISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL.

    Philadelphia, PA.

  2. I'd recommend the same "practice makes perfect" series as the previous poster. They're all really effective. In addition, I would recommend the Complete Idiot's Guide to Intermediate Spanish and Breaking Out of Beginner's Spanish. Both books are aimed at people who have studied the language for a while but really want to begin to sound and think like a fluent speaker. ¡Buena suerte!
