  1. Hello,

I'm sorry to say there are no books that will do you justice when starting a small business. I started and operated my own companies since the age of 17. I was fortunate to be able to retire at a early age due to my success. My time is now spent helping others do the same. You know what the good book says, help the many and you will help yourself. There is no better reward for me than to watch a person take control of their finances, their life and their future. I am available anytime for more information and questions.

  2. "The Small Business Legal Tool Kit" by Ira Nottonson and Theresa A. Pickner.  The book is written by an Attorney and a Legal Consultant.  It also comes with a CD that is full of sample documents you may need. There's also extensive tax information, yet it's easy to read & understand. It costed me about $27.00 for book & CD.
