Best boxing books?

I am looking for books about technique and conditioning and not about history, biographies etc. If there's some books that were written by ex-champs than that would be even better.

  1. Joe Frazier's book (Box Like the Pros) is good.


  2. Joe Frazier and Floyd Patterson both have books.  They focuse on the core skills and the books are both good.

    You can buy them off amazon

  3. Surprisingly for tactics Bruce Lee's Tao of Jeet Kune Do book is very good for boxing, stances and tactics. Read that and it will really help. I have been doing martial arts for 11 years.This book is a God end, trust me.

  4. books won't help you learn how to box. only way to learn is to go to a gym and get a trainer
