  1. There is no such thing as a "best," It's honestly your opinion and experience with them.  I just spent $380 on a Forum Recon Board, Burton Custom Bindings, & K2 Raider BOA Boots set-up which is a vicious deal, all brand new.  Just research and find what your style is and what you want in a board, binding, boots.  What I can tell you for sure is that the best boots are the ones that are the most comfortable on your feet.  Just read reviews and ratings on gear and find out for yourself, also visit snowboard shops if you can and just test out, try on, etc... and ask questions.  I got my board and bindings at backcountry.com which is a great website with reviews from customers.

  2. Alright, heres the deal:

Sure burton is a well known brand, but personally i don't believe they live up to their name. All of their equipment is way overpriced and its just not worth it. I have burton bindings and boots, and they just aren't as good as i expected.

As for my board, i ride on a Nitro.

I had never heard of the brand before i got it, but it was defiantly worth every penny i spent on it. It is an awesome brand for whatever you want to do, and they have reasonable prices unlike some other brands out there.

As for the other brands that you mentioned i don't know quite as much on them,

but they are all pretty nice brands.

Just go find a ski/snowboard shop nearby and look at some boards there. They might even let you try them out if their is a mountain that is nearby.

Some other brands to look into would be Forum, flow, rosignal, head, dc, Lamar and Salomon.

But definitely keep Nitro in mind.

Hope you have a good snow season, and ride safe.

    I Hope this helped.

  3. I would go with a Rome or Ride board and Burton bindings/boots.  I dont board much but if i had to choose, that woudl be my choice.

  4. right now i ride a forum manual and i love it i highly recommend this board. and as for bindings burton is always a good choice i ride with burton cartels they are good, reliable, and offers many features. they are also cheep right now!
