Question:

Best brand of diapers for toddlers?

I need some help finding a good diaper for my 17 month old. She had been using the Huggies Regular and Supreme, but they don't seem to be working too well anymore. The size 4 are too small and the 5 are too big. Pampers brand gives her a rash, and Luvs has those gel/bead things and when she pees the diaper swells up and sags big time! Any other brands out there worth trying? I just purchased the White Cloud Supreme brand at Wal-Mart and I am hoping they might work. They seem to fit well, but I am worried about leaks, since they are generic. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  1. I used the generic white cloud brand on my son just because they did have the best fit on his bottom!  I had no additional problems that would have occured with the other brands.  Its entirely up to you!  It's all your own preferance.  Im sure they wouldnt make the diapers if they didnt hold up.  Sometimes with toddlers the diaper shifts when they crawl, jump, and run/move around.  Cant really blame the company for that!  Make sure they are a snug fit and all should be well.

  2. try huggies naturl fit dipers they have an alastic band around th legs and hips for a comfortable fit when they move this could also help them fit her better or you could try pull ups they are made just like panties so they hug the legs and hips but not too tight i use the natural fit for my 2 year old boy and huggies pull ups for my 5 year old girl at bed time both of them work great!!!  hope i helped you out

  3. i tried the walmart brand and they leaked so bad i used like 2 out of the package and ended up getting rid of the rest!!! i like the pamper cruisers they work great for my son but u said pampers causes a rash  so i dunno whats left to try sorry

  4. If your child is 17 months old it's time to switch to pull ups.. it's never too early to potty train plus they're way more durable than a regular diaper. if you're worried about her pooping there's some that convert between being a diaper or a pullup so that makes the transition way more easier. if she has a rash you might want to consult a dermotologist because she may have an allergic reaction to something

  5. DON"T BUY DISCOUNT DIAPERS.

You'll pay for it in the end.  The price difference is not worth the extra hassle and leaking.

  6. Target brand.

  7. My 2 year old is allergic to pampers and huggies. I use little tykes on him and haven't had any problems with them.

  8. my son doesn't seem to get any rashes, i have tried a few different brands on him.

pampers and luvs fit the best because of the stretchy tabs.  i haven't found any better fit.

  9. I like the Costco brand, I've used them with 4 kids now and never had any trouble with leaks.  They seem to fit better and protect better than Huggies, which were my favorite until I discovered Costco.  And the Costco ones are cheaper than the Huggies.  I have a toddler in diapers and a baby in diapers, and I buy the toddler's diapers (one box, size 4) once about every 6-7 weeks and the baby's once a month (one box, size 3).  So I spend about $50/month on diapers.

  10. I have used the walmart white cloud brand for a while now and I have no trouble with leaks at all. I have also used the target brand and babies r us generic brands with no problems. One piece of advice I got when my son was young that I found extremely useful was that a leaking diaper probably meant that he was ready for the next size and it wasn't necessarily a problem with the brand of diaper.

  11. those kind the are training underwear that turn cool when she starts too urinate a good... to early to train but u could get her ready to start...
