Best buy return Policy?

Ok so I am trying to return my XBOX 360 to best buy It hasn't been 30 days but more than 14 days??

Your 360 is a computer.  You may be able to exchange it.  They MIGHT give you a refund minus restocking fees.

That being said, remember, returns are things the company offers, but has the right to refuse.  It is NOT a requirement they take it back within the time frame allotted.

The 14-day period only applies to computers, monitors, notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, GPS navigation and radar detectors.

I'm not sure if you can return the Xbox if it has been opened.

Ok, well return it. I'm sure you got a warranty on it anyway. As long as you got your reciept just go right up there and hand it over. Best buy associates deal with this all day so they will not take it personal.
