Best buy workers?!?!?

In december after xmas i bought a 3 piece Insignia speaker set....they worked fine until about 2 or so weeks ago when they just stopped....the only damage to them was the 2 mini speakers fell and the little plastic stand and plastic button cover fell off...but that happened right when i bought them so i know that had no effect on the product besides damaged appearance....i cant seem to locate that receit, it was a hectic travelling time but i did puchase them on a card....will they be able to just look up the purchase in the system and exchange them? its only been 2 months!

You can call BB and ask, but they have a very strict return/exchange policy.  They ALWAYS need the receipt.

If you bought them on a BB credit card, they might be able to do something, but again, they are very strict about requiring a receipt.

There are ways best buy can pull up your receipt if you paid with any of the following:

1) Best Buy Credit Card

2) Best Buy Reward Zone Master Card

3) Credit Card

4) Best Buy Reward Zone Program Card

the only way they can't pull up a receipt if u just pay cash.

Yes especially  if you bought it on the card they can pull it right up in their system.   I've seen them do it quite a few times.  They can get you a copy of the receipt from that purchase record.
