  1. We liked Camping La Siesta in Callela D Parafugell.

  2. I stayed at camping kings in La Fosca. Really nice and not too touristy. its walking distance to the larger town of Palamos which is just a bus ride from Barcelona or Girona.

If you can go during the festival of San Juan (june 20-24th)  then thats a great time because the area is full of real Spanish people on their holiday (people come down from Barcelona) so you get to experience an authentic Spanish celebration.

    Here's their site

    http://www.campingkings.com/

  3. San Sebastian is nice ,Zarautz,Hondrribia,Bilbao(although camping there is impossible you can camp nearish.Castro Urdiales,Santander,in fact , everythings lovelly , all the way to Galicia, there are loads of campsites although mid July till mid August ,most may be full.Anywhere along the mediteranean coast is Eastern Spain (a few people out there seem to be confused).Have fun

  4. By Northen Spain do you mean the Mediterranean area or the Mar Cantabrico area? Asturias is the winner, with Cantabria and Vasc Country. There are campsites in wild beaches, or more in town. Do you like nature or a place to go out at night? How old are you? Do you go with your family? There are lots of options but I need more details! Look on this website: http://www.campings.net/Geografica.php and choose the area you want. Much easier. Good luck.

  5. If you want beautiful scenery, mountains and beaches ,if you want to visit  real towns and experience "Real Spain" try Asturias e.g. LLanes .Or Cantabria e.g Laredo, lovely town , mostly Spanish tourists, fab beach. Or any part of the BASQUE COUNTRY.

That is the true Northern Spain . If you want club 18-30 stuff try Northeastern Spain, Calella, Estartit etc.

  6. When I went to Costa Brava, there was a really great camp site called Castell Montgri near where I stayed. We walked downt here one day and it looked amazing; lots of entertainment, pools, crazy golf nearby which we went to and it was really good.

Also, if flying isn't your thing, you can go on the coach with Siesta Holidays, as that is how we got there.

  7. Castell Montgri in Estartit, Costa Brava is very good, camping, mobile homes and bungalows.  Swimming pools, bars, restaurants etc on the site.

  8. There are many north in spain jajaja.

In Huesca (in the pirineos mountains) there are a good campsite "Morillo de tou".
