Best card, that i can get without any credit check , that already has money on it && i can just pay it back.?

i need a card ..... for personal emergencey, && im looking for one with money on the card....i can just apply for iit, && they do no credit check. but i plan on paying them back monthly...

I'm not exactly sure that such a card exists. Most companies aren't going to give you credit without a credit check. If you have bad credit then I would recommend this site because they several options for bad credit. You may also want to consider a secured card. You will have to put a deposit down, but the good thing is if you make on time monthly payments most of the companies will increase your credit limit. Also many of them report to the credit bureaus, which if you are using the card responsibly can increase your credit score. This site has both secured cards, bad credit and other options. What you're talking about is a preloaded debit card, not a credit card.
