Best in what respect?  Best odds playing against the house if Blackjack if you play perfect strategy.

Most fun?  Three-card poker....huge payoff for those rare big hands..otherwise, a money funnel.

Any game that you can have some control over is worth a go (ie card games)

Slot machines and other games that rely completely on luck are fun but you have to realise that the casino will always win in the end!

Only some video poker games give returns comparable to blackjack but these games provide only a fraction of the excitement.

Look at it this way. The better the player’s strategy the lesser the amount of luck he needs. Definitely Blackjack. Gives the player the best odds to win which makes it fun. you can play with a whole tableful of people. All different limits and you can control your cards to some extent.
